In my opinion that is a difficult question to answer. But I don't think it is as simple as applying the same valuation metrics as what WA tab may sell for to Tabcorp. Although many analysts will do this oversimplification.

Its a given Tabcorp and all the other wagering operators will lose some market share to Betr or be forced to operate on lower margins. This will affect the value. By how much? It will depend on how competitive the industry gets over the next few years, plus the Vic license is up for grabs next year as well. The Vic government is thinking about splitting it up.
