For one thing Saffioti is nearly as bad as Biden. Can't string 2 sentences together. She's an inarticulate imposter in a position far above her capability. A dumb (ugly) figurehead.
Had it not been for capitalistic enterprises Australian and foreign, as well as China's iron ore demand, WA would be in a disastrous state of finances.
The budget surplus is largely due to industry and foreign investment, particularly iron ore demand.
Had it not been for the externally driven benefits and with a blow out to over $12b from $2.5b on Metronet, we would be lamenting yet another failed Labor govt due to incompetence and largesse.
How do you feel about the giving with one had ( power relief etc) and clawing back with the other (cost of living expenses-- eg increases in power/vehicle registration imposts etc) despite the surplus?
