SCADDON URANIUM PROJECT – WESTERN AUSTRALIA

An airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey was completed over the Scaddon Project during the
quarter. The project comprises two exploration licences totally 300 sq. km. considered
prospective for roll front uranium deposits.
The survey was undertaken by Fugro with the principal objective of outlining Tertiary
palaeochannels containing carbonaceous material beneath a system of playa lakes. The
geomorphology of the area is similar to known uranium deposits in the East Yilgarn Province of
Western Australia
A total of 917 line km was flown at a line spacing of 400 metres and sensor height of 120 metres.
Preliminary results will be received in the December Quarter 2007.
