it distinctly says that these could be rented but are below rental standard (flippers houses that are not for renovation due to ... no loan? no takers ? no feasability due to price falls?) or
people are getting their CG without entering the rental market (thats one way of putting it..."we can't sell it at the price we want but if we rent it it's not going to be new and therefore we'll get even less...lets wait a little longer !")
what article is complaining is 'waste' of property NOT the decadence of luxury in owning holiday homes or such !
