    IMO - the solutions, if possible - lie in cultural change - to stop delinquency BEFORE it happens.

    once one has cases like this below - it's way too late.

    I liked the sound of what Tim Walz made when he said that he'd made friends with school shooters -

    how better to try to work out what makes these people tick - than to befriend them, gain their trust and try to identify 'why' - and how to either stop others taking the path at all - or to deflect them into paths that are not destructive.

    Once they are on the path and advanced to these levels ------------ pffffffffffffffft,

    it's one way IMO.
