Paul talked about it at the AGM. His thesis was that the CBMM people they met with were getting push back from end users about not increasing the use of niobium due to the low supply and near monopoly situation.
He said that CBMM viewed a new entrant as positive to expand the uses of niobium and thus the market size.
He also said that all producers are at capacity which was another constraint to the market size.
