Tom Lyons is an executive director of WA1. He is also the Managing Director of Tali Resources. Do you think Tom Lyons will sell WA1's shares on the open market? My understanding is that Tali owns the WA1 shares, Agrimin is derivative. It's like how Regal owns WA1 shares but can have different derivatives.
