Hi Inthegame, my 2c worth as a relative newby.
Excuse the rainbowfest of colours but helps explain my draw / possible scenario on a short term 30 minute candle timeframe. Do not put too much faith in this as anything could happen & charts will evolve differently each day/week.

Perhaps some short term sideways movement as per blue free hand draw. 3 impulses is common & ideally we want to see lower extremes in volatility with each impulse.
Basing rising (black coloured) line may be respected going forward as support (until it's not)
Projecting the next upleg - (bias continuation uptrend) Some traders project/clone the recent bull flag (pink pole) to measure the next upleg which puts this at yellow $17.70 line which has a correlation to the proportionality of the impulses target too IF they play out as per blue squiggle.

Bigger target 1st drawn was above $19 and is still in play. This is more a short term potential scenario. I could be laughing at myself by the end of the week.
More experienced here may have better answer to your qs.
