That seems like the play, MSIC index fund was a catalyst, the copper etf was a bonus i didnt see coming. Regal was first to the party with accumilation. I dont know whether they knew before the other funds but when word got out there were like 4 instos buying up to the 20s to offload into the MSIC index fund.
Ill be posting another graphic shortly but it looks to be Regal setting up for another run, might tend to see other instos buying up in the coming weeks on the broker reports.
