ASM knows that it will cost around $1.7b for its Dubbo Project, it is likely that "Luni Project" would be considerably more, maybe $2.5b ?
The Chinese will ultimately determine the demand and future of Niobium producers:
If you add the Niobobaotite possibility it would appear that the most likely scenario is a vast over supply of Niobium?
I don't know the answers to the future of Niobium supply or mining other than it will probably not be as simple as some would suggest.
