No, that would be impossible, using the buy signal points as shown is a period after the low and the sell signal points are after the high points. The signal points indicate a trend change that has already occurred.
As can be seen you are invested for less than half the time, this allows other opportunities to be taken in stocks that show buy signals during the period of absence.
It seems a very productive use of capital to me.
The stepladder as seen in the WA1 chart may be partly influenced by and be a result of many traders users the same strategy.
All new to me but something I will explore further.
