The 'insitu' value of a tonne of ore is driven by the grade of the minerals within it (so every tonne of rock is different).
But if one to work on averages, if the grade of the mineralisation at P2 is 0.5% and the value of a tonne of Niobium is $50,000.
Then 1 tonne of ore is worth $50,000 x 0.005 = $250
You should note that this is insitu value and does not consider the capital and operating costs to mine and process and then refine and sell. So it can be very misleading in any reference to the potential value of a project.
