Counter I believe this is a planned and strategic move on management's behalf. It seems they want to fly under the radar and if you read stories about what has happened to companies previously, in terms of aggressive takeovers (I'm thinking of SFR particularly), it's understandable. Management own a huge stake (was it close to 40%?) They know they have not one but two major discoveries on their hands and with such few SOI (49m) I'm not sure there's ever been a situation like this.
They're meeting all the ASX announcement requirements, keeping the information released factual and substantiated by assay results but clearly do not want to promote as such. It's a very interesting approach
