This!!!!!! is why this deposit will be highly sought after.
This will eventually trade at a premium, right now it's just catching up to a fair value.
Armed with $$ in the bank, they will be drilling the area like swiss cheese as they know eyes are on them.
If we do get a TO offer, let's at least know how big the resource is so we get a good price.
