WA1 is a geology play. Its a single hole. Look at Mt Weld...
Imagine LYC drilled a random hole. Chances they would hit Niobium (and Phosphate maybe) and nothing else.
So what else might they find? We don't know. They could find high grade REE, they might not.
We do know they have the potential economic Niobium. Why do LYC not mine their Niobium. I don't know, you would have to ask LYC. But we know others do successfully, and demand is increasing.
