Andsmith thanks for reply does that mean that if company falls short of money needed to raise westar buys the rest of the shares or do they borrow the remaining funds if the later will they want some form of equity to hold like all lending institutions do example a hold over the only asset the company owens primrose gold and if all other drilling operations turn out to be dusters ( hopefully not ) would they take primrose gold and leave the share holders with no tangible asset hopefully some one could answer this thanks in advance for anyone who could shed some light on this matter
