wac (in a nutshell)

The following is a description of the pros and cons of WAC as I know them at this time. If you have any others to add to the list or if some are incorrect then let me know and I'll reissue the list below.



Pros

1. Multiple -brown- fields prospects (8) all with high grade gold proven to exist.

a) Forrest Belle: Contains 4m @ 17 g/t from 34m, 8.9m @ 13.11 G/t from 85m, 8m @ 6.73 g/t from 64m, 1m @ 48 g/t (Hist Prod from U/G Mining 3,940t @ 27.3 g/t Au, Open Pit mining 28,234t @ 3.40 g/t Au)

b) Boudie Rat: 9m @ 9.67 G/t from 71m, 3m @ 12.3 g/t from 64m, 8m @ 7.36 g/t from 113m below the existing pit and open in most directions (Hist Prod from U/G Mining 3,450t @ 6.5 g/t Au. Open Pit mining 42,681t @ 4.16 g/t Au).

c) Quinn Hills: Strike length 250m long. 9m @ 16.73 G/t from 137m, 5m @ 9.46 g/t from 40m, 2m @ 20.48 G/t from 33m, (Hist Prod from U/G Mining 2,200 tonnes @ 6.8 g/t Au)

d) Matisse : (5km N of Quinn Hills) has 400m of Strike Rab intersections of 12m @ 10.51 g/t & 2m @ 7.39 g/t au

e) Belvidere Prospect: 250m west of Boudie Rat Historic drilling returned 4 metres @ 14.52 g/t Au from 38m and 3 metres @ 4.22 g/t Au

f) Yerilla: 150km NNE Kalgoorlie has 10km of Strike on tenements H.Grade au with 2m @ 27.28 g/t and excellent prospects beneath old workings (Hist Prod to 1915 of greater than 14.8k oz avg grade 20g/t ). Existing mining processing facilities close by.

g) Tims Find/Spotted Dog: (10km from Quin hills): 1.5 Km strike at less than 75m Depth. Best Historic RC Drill Results 2m @ 8.84 G/t and 3m @ 7.23 g/t Au

h) Black Kite: 1.2km Strike at less than 100m Depth. Best Historic RC Drill 1m @ 29.5 g/t & 2m @ 18.5 g/t Au

2. Low market relative to peers. Market Cap is $6.6m @ 27c

3. All tenements 100% Owned

4. All shallow deposits i.e. possible open pittable above 150m depending on the size of Res defined.

5. Strike extent of all projects together is approx 60km

6. Raised approx $550k in placement in Dec so unlike to raised again in the short term. [Source: WAC ASX report Placement of securities 13 Dec 2010)

7. Possibility that mineralisation -may- connect Forrest Belle and Boudie Rat and Belvidere at depth as only shallow drilling completed so far. In my opinion.

8. Most deposits exist in close proximity to each other and therefore feasible that ore from all could be trucked and processed by the same mill. Also close to other companies mills/treatment plants

9. Nickle: target areas +10km strike RAB drilling with anomalous nickel several targets remain untested 20km east of Western Areas/BHPB Mt Alexander nickel sulphide discovery - similar geology best RAB drill so far is 10m @ 2775ppm Ni


10 Experienced Management :

a) Mr Grant Mooney Exec Director is Chartered Accountant extensive experience in the areas of corporate and project management since commencing Mooney & Partners in 1999.

b) Alan J Downie geologist 22+ years experience mining industry across gold, nickel, iron ore and diamonds. Experience of both open pit and underground mines. Geologist in charge nickel mines in Kambalda for WMC Resources senior/executive roles with Normandy Mining Ltd. Exploration manager for Navigator Resources and MD for Batavia Mining Ltd.

c) Dr Snowden professional geologist with 36 yrs, six years with Anglo American Gold and Uranium Division in South Africa and 21 years as an independent geological consultant based in Perth.





Cons
====
1. Current Liquidy is low .. Currently lightly traded

2. Low Cash position...Expect will need to raise cash sometime this year to continue exploration.

3. No Jorc resource or target resource defined yet.. Although goal of defining maiden Jorc in 2011
