don't know if CAPM is used much, it got taught at Uni is that still the case? I would rather guess eps going forward and apply a PE based on its peer group. Well, truth be told, I learned plenty of theory but rarely apply it. So many other influences on stock price than the risk free rate and "equity premium" even if they could be reliably estimated.
