You mention cyclicals while I mentioned cycles.
The cycles started down late last Feb and really became a force from July and are bottoming now so I am not sure how you can argue with that.
As far as BB's go, since early Dec there have been two weak attempts to move up that weren't confirmed and now we have a third as seen in the chart below.
I can't see anything unusual anywhere.
