    Well one thing I noticed, the index rise Wednesday was not as good as Tuesday was,

    BUT

    the ratio of advancing to declining stocks was substantially stronger on Wednesday than it was on Tuesday. Curious.

    By my calculation the smoothed advance/decline ratio has just moved into bullish territory for the first meaningful time since the second week of December.
