U know what is real funny to me and please correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt the first low In Jan around the same time as the French bank came clean with its big losses and now we have a 2nd low with the Bear Sterns issue and a few others .
I really wonder what else is in the wings .

ps; I feel happy now as HK made the 27th with a new high .
