Slightly less interesting when two months later the transfer was denied
It looks like Tandem Energy tried to take over the lease since one of the latest rights holders Lothian Oil, went bankrupt. Not too sure who Webb are, but judging by the result (i.e. transfer denied) they still exist, and won the claim.
