It's the hot money moving out of gold stocks, most notable is the more junior/explorer area, they have been deflating a lot, you have to remember they all moved up a lot off their March lows, most made moves exceeding 100%-200%. From what I have noticed is gold stocks other than the majors are always in a chronic position of being undervalued by looking at them, their natural state is never fair value because they are so risky, once they get to fair value they are in a sense overvalued even with gold at $1900.
