I think the sell down is savvy investors who know that leading into fed meetings the manipulators throw everything including the kitchen sink at depressing the pog. So I believe you are best to wait for a bottom then uptick and buy on the rise. That's my theory, please D.Y.O.R. and good luck everyone.
