Hey Rowing, I very much agree with you about WAF consolidating regionally. In fact, I think there are at least 2-3 targets just in Burkina Faso (although.. I am unsure whether WAF would like to diversify outside BF?) that WAF could probably swallow up, and enable them to get closer to 500k within 1-2 years (sadly none listed on the ASX, or at least, that I know of).
As I mentioned, I am in no way keen on WAF being swallowed up, unless... it was by a company more undervalued than WAF, and also, that WAFs management team would take over.
WAFs MD has mentioned quite a few times, they already have had their eyes on other projects. I can only assume that for now, they want to bed down Sanbrado, then... start shopping.
Slightly off topic, but... I almost find it farcical when I check what the U.S markets have done each morning. Nothing surprises me any more.
Especially the headings for why the markets moved...
