WAF has only just built the plant for production. The debt is understandable as it is a new producer.
Compare that to a co that should be profitable but after many years of operation - many cos still have a lot of debt - and hedging.
WAF will pay the debt off in 12 mths and still show a profit on the year.
A lot of cos are borrowing to survive, others say they are profitable but the cash balance doesnt seem to go up?
