No WAF needs to expand, $2 SP in 2 years because of doubling gold production. If WAF was not to expand, then WAF would just be valued for their current production and no way to crack $2 a share. The growth is funded via current activities and some debt, no dilution and some debt is good as it gives more leverage to the gold price if it goes up but opposite if it goes down. Whatever debt WAF takes on it will be a rapid payback and the interest rate won't matter because it will be paid off very quick.
