Supposing it wasn't a scrip offer, what do you think would be a fair valuation? $1.50 PS? More, less? EMR, I think, is something of an analogue. It has one operational mine producing slightly less oz pa but at a slightly lower AISC. That mine is in Cambodia which would, I think, carry a similar, if not slightly lower, jurisdictional risk. EMR is trading at $2.60-2.90 PS.
