The imaginary CR that is supposed fall down on us. WAF does not need to CR, they can borrow, delay or even just fund the new mine from revenue from CAs. I would be suprised if there is a CR but i won't rule it out, anyother (oz) miner likely would CR because they would be unable to fund from current activities, WAFs financial situation is beyond any of the ozminers.
