I agree it is hard for young Aussies, but immigration has always been a source for long term economic growth. The problem lies not with immigration, but with a building industry that can't expand housing supply quick enough to meet the economies needs. At least the current government has a focus on this, but still unsure if they have the ability to pull it off.
On WAF , we seem to be rising whilst other gold stocks are flat. Is there a reason for that?Are we getting extra interest because of our unheadged status?
