Hmmm cant say I have ever heard of a government 'fixing' fuel prices in this way for a company, will check in their announcements when I have the time but taking your word for it that is a great but of info, was only speaking 'generally' and that is how most would be looking at all gold shares at the moment and this 'fixed price of fuel' isn't something the general stock market investor would be aware of (I wasn't) so my comment holds in that the market is probably expecting (albeit incorrectly expecting) that the modest increase in gold price will have been absorbed by an increase in fuel prices.
