Came across WAF’s scoping study recently and the numbers look quite attractive, so decided to compare to another Burkina Faso gold developer Gryphon Minerals before making an investment.
From the numbers below, it looks like WAF is trading at a considerable discount.

NPV = 84m
Potential upside = 170%
GRY
EV= 40m
NPV = 81M
Potential Upside = 103%
Additionally, in WAF’s sensitivity study, they show an IRR of 37% at 1100/oz. This is looking like a relatively low risk investment with substantial upside to me.
