Nightwatchman- looks like you have the resource grade rather than the reserve grade for WAF- reserve grade from the scoping was 1.0 g/t. How does a project with 50% less grade and 75% less contained metal make the same NPV and higher IRR. Answer- it is a scoping study so you can say whatever you want, you wont be wrong for another 6 months....
