Maybe the low CAPEX is partially due to the second hand heap leach plant they already own, I noticed GRY mentioned they were seeking one also,
I get what you are saying, resource stocks are 90% full of spruikers. We'll know for sure in 6 months time when they deliver their resource upgrade and a DFS. Hopefully both GRY and WAF will be trading much higher at that stage.
