    I'm not getting your drift and think there are a few others on the issue of the off take agreement. The speculative valve of the company will depend on how much more Gold they find. Can they get the mine up and running on time/ budget. Can they produce Gold at the rate and cost they say they will. And what happens with the spot price of Gold.The only person I see potentially missing out on the offtake agreement is the broker who would normally buy from the producer, put a mark up on it and sell it to the end user. The offtake agreement as I see it is only of benefit to the purchaser as they are cutting out the middle man. Interested in how you read it.
