slange is correct - something very fishy is going on here, and has been for some time.
The Cretins preparing their takeover bid (i.e. theft) are forcing this down to 20 cents IMHO.
At 18.5 cents we see a trading halt, and the announcement declares a takeover bid at 30 cents.
The board (may) counter this bid, but either way, there is a struggle currently going on, and while it's legal (at the moment), in any fair society it would be legislated that these type of transactions must become transparent for all to see. The way it occurs at the moment, should be deemed illegal, but never will be, simply because those making the money are those in power (and their wealthy friends).
What are you going to do with a 30 cent offer, when the board recommends it, and when the only option for those who want to hold, is being allocated shares in a Canadian/USA gold miner that does not trade on the ASX? Good luck with that!
This should currently be at 60 cents, all other gold stocks have risen over the past month with the price of gold continuing to rise, except WAF - which tells you something about the (illegal) manipulation and attempted gold heist about to unfold.
