Its a simple scenario, salary cap for wafl clubs is only a little over 200k so not much to go around...you grab a lee kichin pay him 10k to play and then employ him for 90k but he only turns up to work one day a week...subi may have moved to medibank but still had access to a 1000 seats at every afl match, this may change with the new stadium...jarrod Schofield was offered an afl assistants job but turned it down because the $ were less than subis.
