Hawkers obviously you dont know the secret in that it has in the past and so because like just because then it will forever .. I mean why would the ability to pay for a mortgage ie your wage ever have anything to do with you holding a property/mortgage at low rates? Dont tell me rates can rise? like what??
I was a bull then turned bear .. did the numbers and it all makes sense .. I love seeing the bulls here use the past as examples .. great stuff - it means there's hope for everyone ..
