    I wish I had pay rises like this:

    The average basic salary increase for 2010 is 10%, for 2011 it is 11.5%, and 26% in 2012.

    This seems very generous to me. However, they say these additional costs are encaptulated within their prior calculations.
    Good news anyways. They may work extra hard now to get us back on track for 100koz+ this year.
