    Yea...nah, that is what a 'free market' is works most workers jump around or dont have a traditional working arrangement

    the issue is that we do not have a culture of rewarding effective/efficient workers - from what i have seen maangement reward those who talk rubbish and jump around as their CV has 'diversity' opposed to loyalty.

    we also pay everyone in a given profession the same opposed to create a culture where better workers make more this is ourbiggest issue...

    i unpopular but great example is waiters in the U.S due to tipping culture productive, smart, good workers who are more likely to provide better service and try up sell flip tables etc will ultimately make great $ meanwhile in Australia you got the guy you asked go bring some water for the 14th time playing on his Iphone...getting the same $ as the guy busting his hump trying to manage 25 tables

    bar sales direct commissions jobs there is usually little to no reason to work hard for the boss unless YOU are the boss - it is why sole traders are generally the hardest working people you will meet as it is their $$$ for their time
