    Ultimately the shareholders.
    A couple of years ago, from memory, RJ and his cronies withdrew a plan to give themselves a generous share package following an outcry.
    Personally think is ridiculous the wages these guys earn, but I imagine the only way to LOWER their wages is to put up a motion at the GM.
