wages way over the top, page-9

I know I keep repeating myself, but we s/h had the chance to do something about the board and mgt ( and by default the high wages), by voting out the Board .

That attempt failed.

I firmly believed it failed because the proposed replacement Board was not a viable alternative. If Baldwin had proposed a new Board with recognised O&G experience, we would be in a very different position right now.

Fact is, we now have to move on.

If s/h want to do something, they can garner the support of s/h with 5% of the shares (i think) and put up a Resolution at the next AGM, with a proposal to drop the mgt salaries to market levels.

A resolution of this nature would embarass Mgt and Board, as I think it would get some publicity.
