Sector - very few pay the full amount -so lets assume in Hawkers example you put down $8000 on the 40k purchase which is generous , then the return is 6250%.
Unless one has done it one does not seem to get it. That return SMASHES inflation and comparable to other assets kills everything else and yup its the banks money that does it.
