Wagners to build new plant at Ipswich, page-3

Wagners can be a confusing company, my understanding is that there are two 'Wagner' companies. There is the concrete, infrastructure, mining and transport company which is listed on the ASX and then you have the private company owned by Wagners which among other things owns the airport and the upcoming Wellcamp quarantine hub. The listed arm of the WGN should see some benefits of the construction and suppling concrete to the camp (hopefully not done at a 'Mates Rate'), WGN will not have much else to do with it. It will stay in the Wagners private business and be a separate entity to the asx listed Wagners. I think the private firm has their fingers in quite a lot of pies including a new International race track to be built somewhere near the darling downs.
I might be wrong, it is just my understanding.
On another note the QLD Government is not slowing down on infrastructure spending with a 244 million dollar upgrade to the centenary bridge near Wacol which will be nice and handy to the ASX WGN facilities. Has been some big projects in the QLD Premiers seats.
It has been a bit frustrating with the lack of communication between WGN Management and it's shareholders.
Once again I might be wrong but I don't think we were kept up to date with the Boral / Wagner concrete dispute which I believe was won by Wagners on appeal last year. The original judgement went Borals way but Wagners won on appeal.
I might of missed it but I would of thought it would have been market sensitive news?
I do think that WGN will have a big couple of years ahead of them, would be nice though to hear from management a bit more, CEO seems to be a bit of the quite side.
