This is lunacy almost beyond comprehension.

Surely Warren Beckwith does not actually believe his own drivel.

"Brockman shareholders will get out of it that they can crystallise some of the value in their investment now by taking cash". We can do this any time we want by selling on market. Utter, utter drivel.

"...but importantly they'll be able to participate in the future of the project upside". We can do this too - by not selling.

    The insanity is astonishing.

"It's an investment company that's supported and funded by some major shareholders who in their own right are highly successful in other businesses and can speak for a lot cash between them." Wrong again. It is a limousine company that's supported and funded by some major shareholders.

BRM was extremely close to a rail deal with FMG and had that deal been made the share price would have been close to or above $10. All shareholders are aware of this fact. Including Wah Nam. Not even an offer of $6 per share is fair value. Even at that price Wah Nam will be simply attempting to worry shareholders out of their shares rather than offering fair value. But this may be part of their game; to make $6 look good, when really it is not.

The fact is they want something for almost nothing. The board has failed in its duty to act in the best interests of shareholders. The stark difference between the independent valuation and the offer is testimony to this. There is no doubt about this failure. No ifs or maybes. There is only greed.

They will not be getting my shares for less than fair value.
