    Recently when wah nam announced a major restructure to the brockmans board with Richards and Cusack leaving the announcement they released to market wasn't even price sensitive! Yet when they want to release an announcement about changes to the wni board they go into a trading halt ? What are they playing at? They are making a complete mockery of Australian regulations and good corporate governance, and getting away with it.
