    If it is about saving face, why did not Wah Nam give up when FRS issued more capital?

    Issuing more capital was a genuine reason for them to close the offer. Instead they came back and said the offer was still on. This included the additional shares. They are going to their own shareholders to ask them to be able to issue more shres to cober the extra FRS capital.
