Personally im not a huge fan of all the conspiracy theory talk of a big backer - it would be nice but I think this is a HK based company buying up with the idea to offload to their countrymen in the future for profit. Thats still a positive for BRM holders!
I would also think that if any cash offer was going to come it would be low ball and after June 30 (another extension is inevitable imo). I know I would take a hard look at a $6+ offer in a depressed market.
