Surely today would be a good day to announce that either

a) BRM is doing a 15% dilution

b) BRM directors are going to convert all their free options to shares to further dilute the register

c) anything other then absolute silence from BRM management!

As much as those free options annoyed me, they annoy me even more knowing that the directors did an off market transfer at a premium to the traded share price, directly into Wah Nam's hands!
