Wah Nam only has itself to blame and the Directors of Ferraus where pushed into this deal through the basic instinct of survival. Wah Nam (In my opinion) was probably planing to rip off shareholders by destroying value in the company just like it did to Brockman. If it was not for the Atlas Deal, the share price would probably be around 40 cents now.
I as a shareholder will be happy to sell exchange my stock for AGO even though I know that the deal is not the best and that the potential of FRS was far greater than 91c per share. I am just happy though to still have the shirt on my back as I am sure Wah Nam would have ripped it from me if it had the chance.
